Are you an experienced SAP Architect who enjoys engaging with customers before a project begins?
I'm working with a leading international SAP consulting organisation that's expanding its SAP Service Transformation practice. They're looking for a senior professional to help shape solution strategy, influence enterprise customers and support complex transformation programmes.
Tasks
- Advise enterprise customers on SAP Service Transformation
- Lead discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Design solution architectures across SAP Service Cloud, SAP Field Service Management and SAP S/4HANA
- Partner with Sales to shape opportunities and win strategic deals
- Present solution concepts to executive stakeholders
- Develop proposals and solution approaches for enterprise customers
Requirements
- Experience in SAP Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Strategic Presales
- Strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud, SAP FSM, SAP CX and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Enterprise integration and solution design experience
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Switzerland
